grinding capacity, and high and smoothing and finishing ability
for knieves and scissors, is made of super-quality synthetic
resin, white fused alumina and additives. With reinforcement
in strength and toughness, it ismanufactured by using specific
process with foaming of fine pores. It;s technological property,
grinding power, productivity, self-sharpening ability and attrition
rate are proved to be better than products of similiar category
in domestic as well as abroad. XIELI grinding wheel in resin
bond is the most noval product in China's abrassive and grinding
tool industry, mainly used in grinding for high grade stainless
steel knieves and scissors. In matching with grinding machinery,
the special resin bonded grinding wheel is applicable to grinding
of either single or double face of kitchin kinieves(set), scissors(kitchin
scissors, stationery scissors, tailors scissors and hovsehold
scissors etc), sharp knieves(miliatary dagger, subsisting kinef,
navy knief, butcher's knief, fishing vessel's fishing knife),

steel being groundedafter quenching. By use of XIELI resin bonded
grinding wheel, the original grinding process for grinding wheel
consisting of four step 1.e. rough grinding wet grinding-1,
wet grinding-2 and precision grinding are incorporated into
one step of grinding from begining to finish. The depth of one
grinding feed is from 0 to 1.5 mm, maxium 2.3 mm. The coarseness
